Installation:
1)Extract the UXTheme Multi-Patcher 4.0.exe on your Desktop
2)Extract all themes in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes (If you do not have such folder plz create one)
3)Apply Patch (UXTheme Multi-Patcher 4.0.exe) Ignore any Windows File Protection message!!!
4)Restart Windows
5)Right-Click on Desktop>>Click Properties>>Select 'Appearance' Tab>>Choose your theme in the 'Windows and Buttons' Drop-Down menu.
Enjoy!!!!

UPDATE (FEB-05-2008): UXTheme Multi-Patcher 5.5 added (for Glass Themes)
Details:
Inorder to give your Windows XP a Vista-style look, you can either use the Vista Transformation Pack or use these Windows Vista themes. Its is easy + save to apply themes without any Trransformation pack because that will change your most files... Only applying themes is simple & it will not harm your Windows, To use these themes you may need some patcher that crack Xp & allow you to apply your own themes with single click...

Description:
Uxtheme Multi-patcher - A patch that will change your uxtheme.dll on Windows XP
Uxtheme Multi-patcher will allow you to use any 3rd party msstyle theme on Windows XP/SP1/SP2 or Windows Server 2003 (with Themes enabled) just by patching the uxtheme.dll (dynamic link library).
Note: If you already have uxtheme.dll patched (being to use 3rd-party visual styles), you don’t need to update it with this ones..
WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 5.5:
* Added Windows Server 2003 SP2 (x86/x64) and Windows XP SP2 (x64) support
* Changed patching method to actual file to prevent file corrupt patching (1MB patcher won’t hurt as it fails to patch, right?)
* Fixed some bugs in script like OS detection, file checking.
